As a business DVS had already embraced new technologies having introduced a DIA Leased Line and Hosted VoIP solution back in 2015 in order to improve the way that the business communicated and the experience both to customers and employees alike. For various reasons this hadn’t delivered on the promises of the solution and DVS had become somewhat disillusioned by the capabilities and the technology involved.
A long standing relationship between the Directors of DVS Ltd and Movoda Telecom sparked up conversations around a suitable solution that would not only be cost effective but deliver on all levels technologically and significantly improve the communications infrastructure of the business, both for office and remote mobile workers. This is where the Movoda Horizon Hosted solution came into play. The focus was on delivering an end to end solution covering dedicated connectivity, a state of the art Hosted VoIP system with the award winning Akixi call reporting software aswell as migrating all mobile workforce onto a new Vodafone package and all delivered on a single monthly invoice.
The whole process went very smoothly with a new Leased Line being installed within a 3 working week period and the replacement telephone system being installed out of hours to avoid any disruption to the business, enabling the workforce to come into the office on the Monday morning with everything working as required.
